1. About Livo

Livo is a media player application. It does not provide, host, stream, or distribute any IPTV content. Users must supply their own playlist URLs.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the legality of the content they access through Livo. You must ensure you have the right to access any content using Livo. We accept no responsibility for content accessed through third-party playlists.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund policy is subject to the respective platform's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Updates and Availability

Livo may be updated or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify features or pricing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Livo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
