1. Overview

Livo ("we", "our", "us") is an IPTV player app for Android and Android TV. We do not host, store, or distribute any media content. Users provide their own playlist URLs (M3U/Xtream Codes). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data We Collect

• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (screens visited, channels played, app opens). No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Advertising: Free tier users see ads served by Google AdMob and Google IMA. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Subscriptions: In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. We do not store payment information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Playlist URLs: Playlist URLs and credentials entered by the user are stored locally on the device using encrypted storage. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• TV Pairing: When using the TV pairing feature, a temporary 6-character code is stored in Firebase Realtime Database for up to 5 minutes and then deleted. No personal data is stored.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by the third-party services listed above (Google, RevenueCat) or by applicable law.

4. Children's Privacy

Livo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we collect only anonymous analytics data, most rights are satisfied by default. For any request, contact us at the email below.
